Can I see your jewellery in person?
Absolutely we are honored to to have you at our office by requesting a private appointment to discover our creations by filling your information on the form and the time slots that suits you.
How long does it take to design a piece of custom jewelry?
With the custom design process,. When an order is placed you can expect the initial design in 3-4b usiness days. Any modifications will be added within two business days. Once a design is approved, we would like to have 4-5 weeks for production. We do all of our work on-site, so we can be moderately flexible with due dates if absolutely necessary.

How do i choose a diamond?
There are many factors that go into choosing a center stone, including the 4 C’s. We can bring in a few diamonds for you to choose from within your budget, and our designers can educate you more on the 4 C’s as well.
How can I be sure that my piece is authentic?
How do i know my size?
The Sizing Guides provided by BINSABBAR are tools to help you getting your beloved jewel right. The Necklace Size Chart will take you through the most common types of necklaces regarding their lengths, the Wrist Sizer will assist you to choose your perfect bracelet size and the Ring Size Chart is your guidance for choosing the right size for your charming ring.
How do I design a custom engagement ring?
In a nutshell, share your inspiration pieces and ideas with us, or work with our experts to find your style, and our designers will create a model for you to approve. We can print a wax version for you to see what it will look like in person. Then, assuming you’re still glad with the piece, we will move it into production and create it.

We do provide this feature to fulfill your needs with our signature artwork designs.

Do you offer an After Sale Service?
REPAIR: Precious jewellery may damage. In the case of any damage that occurs or loss of some gemstones, we can fix it as it was
REFUBRISHING: Precious metals might be affected by the temperature changes or direct touches to different surfaces. So, if your piece has lost its shiny or have any scratches, it deserves a special treatment from our artisans by polishing the surface which will remove a very thin layer with its scratches and marks to recover the original sparkle of your jewel. We recommended not to do polishing to the same jewel more than few times.
Do you offer Guarantee?
Binsabbar jewellery pieces have been made with very qualified artisans to meet the highest standards. Every creation from The House is tagged with an individual serial number written on a certified certificate with its purchasing date. All of our jewellery is guaranteed against any defects in manufacturing and materials. Otherwise, Binsabbar Guarantee does not cover damages or defects due to:
* Normal wear or tear.
* Abusive use or handling.
* Loss, theft, fire or accidents
* Regular care or cleaning.
* Any services not performed by Binsabbar artesian.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Absolutely! we care a lot of GIFT WRAPPING, thus we wrap them ideally in our signature red ribbon.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We have a service care sheet with specific information to keep your jewelry clean and maintained.
Does Binsabbar Jewelry accept returns?
We accept returns on in-stock jewelry within 5 days of purchase, if it is in the same condition it was purchased. We do not accept returns on custom created jewelry.
