  • F. BINSABBAR jewellery pieces have been made with very qualified artisans to meet the highest standards. Every creation from The House is tagged with an individual serial number written on a certified certificate with its purchasing date. All of our jewellery is guaranteed against any defects in manufacturing and materials.

    Otherwise, Binsabbar Guarantee does not cover damages or defects due to:

    • Normal wear or tear.
    • Abusive use or handling.
    • Loss, theft, fire or accidents.
    • Regular care or cleaning.
    • Any services not performed by Binsabbar artesian.

    Precious metals might be affected by the temperature changes or direct touches to different surfaces. So, if your piece has lost its shiny or have any scratches, it deserves a special treatment from our artisans by polishing the surface which will remove a very thin layer with its scratches and marks to recover the original sparkle of your jewel. We recommended not to do polishing to the same jewel more than few times.

    REPAIR

    Precious jewellery may damage. In the case of any damage that occurs or loss of some gemstones, we can fix it as it was.

    RESIZE

    Every jewel should be perfect to you. Bracelets, pendants and rings can be resized to suits you the right way with a certain limitations due to our unique designs.

  • It deserves your care. To keep your F. BINSABBAR creation looks so splendid:

    • Gold is very soft metal so keep it away from regular surfaces or any other materials to prevent scratches.
    • Do not apply perfume, body lotion, make-up or wash your hands while wearing your jewellery.
    • Avoid placing your jewellery close to heat or any other sources of radioactivity.
    • Carefully handle your jewellery.
    • Do not clean your gold using any random chemicals or cleaning material.
    • Keep your jewellery in a shiny look by cleaning it from dust and fingerprints, using a special cleaning dry cloth.
    • Store your jewellery individually in a soft case or a box to protect it. and make sure that chains are closed and laid flat to avoid the formation of knots.
    • Some stones might be affected with water. So, make sure you remove your jewellery before exposure to water.
    • Hand creams and other greasy substances may affect the sparkle of your diamonds. To clean your diamonds, simply clean your diamonds with a soft dry cloth.
