3. F. BINSABBAR After-Sales Services

3.1 Refurbishing

Precious metals may lose their luster due to environmental factors such as temperature changes or surface contact. F. BINSABBAR offers a refurbishing service to restore the original shine and appearance of your jewelry. This service includes:

Polishing: Our artisans will polish the surface of your jewelry, removing a very thin layer of metal along with any scratches or marks. This process will revive the piece’s original sparkle.

Note: Excessive polishing can reduce the thickness of the metal, potentially affecting the durability of the piece. We recommend limiting the number of polishing services to a few times over the life of the jewelry.

3.2 Repair

In the event of damage or loss of gemstones, F. BINSABBAR offers a repair service to restore your jewelry to its original condition. Our skilled artisans are equipped to handle:
