Shipping policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy describes how F. BINSABBAR prepares, insures, and delivers your purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Order Preparation

  • Every piece is inspected, certified, and elegantly packaged before dispatch.
  • In-stock pieces are typically prepared for dispatch within 2 business days of order confirmation and payment.
  • Made-to-order, bespoke, and personalised pieces are dispatched according to the production timeline communicated to you at the time of order.

3. Delivery Within Saudi Arabia

  • Deliveries are made by insured, secure courier or, where arranged, by hand through our concierge team.
  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch: 1 to 3 business days within Riyadh, and 2 to 5 business days elsewhere in the Kingdom.
  • All shipments are fully insured by F. BINSABBAR while in transit.
  • A signature from the recipient (or a person authorised by the recipient) is required upon delivery. Valid identification may be requested for high-value deliveries.

4. International Delivery

International delivery is available for selected destinations and is arranged personally through our concierge team. Delivery times, shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes vary by destination; any customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please contact concierge@fbinsabbar.com to arrange international delivery.

5. Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout or communicated by our concierge before your order is confirmed. Shipping fees, where charged, are inclusive of VAT.

6. Title and Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes upon receipt of payment in full.

7. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier and contact us immediately at concierge@fbinsabbar.com. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt.

8. Collection in Person

You may choose to collect your purchase from our boutique by private appointment. Our concierge team will contact you to arrange a convenient time once your piece is ready.

9. Delayed Delivery

In accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if delivery of your order is delayed by more than 15 days from the date of the order, or beyond a later delivery date agreed with you (including the production timeline agreed for bespoke pieces), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
